Píebë-kota Fêqê (/ˈp˔ebë/ /ˈkota/ [red] [priest]) is a subtropical Town located in the Lëcêngthëvi Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Píebë-kota Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Píebë-kota Fêqê was founded by Cú̄kī Sēr 'Zeni Ryan' Mboúch Mbóch Yāw̄s Fyeshê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Overview

Píebë-kota Fêqê was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1066, by Cú̄kī Sēr 'Zeni Ryan' Mboúch Mbóch Yāw̄s Fyeshê. The establishment of Píebë-kota Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Cú̄kī Sēr 'Zeni Ryan' Mboúch Mbóch Yāw̄s Fyeshê struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Píebë-kota Fêqê as a prison colony.

Píebë-kota Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Píebë-kota Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Píebë-kota Fêqê is is constructed arround a series of narrow baked earthen mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The town's would-be-castle fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

Right off the bat Píebë-kota Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.

Civic Infrastructure

Píebë-kota Fêqê has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Píebë-kota Fêqê. Píebë-kota Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
